They study on our 317-acre campus, which is nestled in the foothills of the Allegheny Mountains. Athletics

Whether it's NCAA Division III competition or the friendly rivalry of intramurals, you can stay in shape and have fun through Pitt-Bradford athletics.

  • Six men's teams and seven women's teams participate in Division III, the Eastern College Athletic Conference, and Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference competition.
  • Pitt-Bradford has earned 11 Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference championships in the last seven years and five NCAA tournament appearances.
  • Our coaching staff emphasizes a solid mix of academics and athletics to help you make the most of your college career, on and off the field.
  • We offer a wide range of intramural and recreational activities, including broom hockey, kayak water polo, five-on-five basketball, and flag football.
  • Our recently renovated Sport and Fitness Center features a state-of-the-art fitness center, a sports arena, and a six-lane, 25-yard NCAA Division III regulation swimming pool.

We have no dorm rooms here. None. Our 12 apartment-style residence halls offer you a friendly space to call your own. Our thriving residence life program offers movies, bands, cultural opportunities, and even field trips to nearby downhill skiing resorts and Cedar Point amusement park. And when it comes to eats, you're in for a surprise: We have one of the only “fresh-food-only” dining halls in the country. Fresh eggs, fresh veggies, fresh everything—it really makes a difference!

Get involved with our more than 40 student organizations, ranging from Baily's Beads literary magazine and the Black Action Committee to the Psychology Club and the Nontraditional Student Association, plus NCAA Division III and intramural athletics.
