- ATV Information - All winter ATV Trails are open for winter season. Use caution while using Trail head on Forest Road 395. All Ohio residents must now register their ATVs and Snowmobiles in Pennsylvania because the state of Ohio recently eliminated the reciprocity provision in Ohio for out-of-state residents. This means that Ohio is no longer a reciprocating state. We must have proof of Pennsylvania registration before we can sell a ANF trail permit to Ohio residents in accordance with State of Pennsylvania Law.
